Past work examples;
Viking – braods racing yacht – modification from transom to canoe stern extension, designed and made in house. Major structural works including cabin sides, Iroko swept deck and substructure, tabernacle, keelson, timbers, frames and painting/varnishing amongst others.
Plover – Naval Pinnace 36’- Extensive restoration only leaving the Teak planking as original. She was rebuilt with intermittent 4”x4”full sawn oak frames, re timbered and a new pitch pine swept deck. Her interior was redesigned and built to suit the clients specification. Fitted out in Mahogany, she has twin cockpits and a V-berth in her bows.
Jannette – 29m Thames Barge – Modification and extension of a teak wheelhouse into a large spacious area with staircases leading fore and aft. All new materials used were sympathetic to the original build and included a 3meter wide central sliding hatch to bring the outside in.
Nemo – 30’Broom motor cruiser – removal of all old varnish from her wooden superstructure, seamless repairs to her cabinside where old joints have moved/leaked and a full revarnish. Stripping off Osmosis and repairing hull from stem to stern as well as a new rudder and pushpit modifications.
